This is an L.A. outfit that's got a pretty good post-punk cold wave thing going on. This works best when these guys strip everything down to icy industrial minimalism. And the lead singer does indeed sound like Ian Curtis at times... it can be downright eerie.
Seems like there's a cool new breed of SoCal Throbbing Gristle disciples out in Los Angeles right now (German Army). Keep an eye on that scene.
