The Chicago-based Farmhouse innovation lab faced a communications challenge: The organization needed an engaging content vehicle that could evangelize its commitment to innovation and next-gen thinking; but unfortunately, due to the top secret, cutting-edge nature of its work, Farmhouse couldn’t share the exciting work it was delivering for clients.
The solution? An out-of-the-box format, a podcast (this was 2015), coupled with dynamic guests that would build an audience of innovators and differentiate the brand as a leading authority in the space. Ahead of its time, the series featured names like Jane’s Addiction frontman and Lollapalooza founder, Perry Farrell, Crate & Barrel founder Gordon Segal, Chicago Blackhawks owner Rocky Wirtz and many other notables.
