My only complaint about this ep is that it's too short.
Kicks off with this lonesome guitar, a scream and a menacing percussion pattern. More guitar, more screams, more patterns. Track two...
Menacing war marching drums... scattered with menacing guitar riffs... vibrate .
The whole thing just sounds extraordinary on vinyl, too.
This is the sound of tension. Like Shellac. And I know I’ve eventually got to stop talking about Blackest, but their art director’s a genius.
